We are the Hughes Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in the city of Hughes Spring, Texas. A small church with a big heart in doing God's will and work.

We pride ourselves in Worshiping God and Teaching and Preaching the infallible Word of God. Matthew28:19-20 "Go you therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost."

We pride ourselves in showing love to those who are hurting.John 13:34 "A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another."

We pride ourselves in helping those in need. Matthew 25:40 "Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me."

Hughes Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Mission is evangelical and that is meeting and reaching the total man: as the Pastor, Church, and Community.

Our faith is in our Heavenly Father, His son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit as revealed in the Bible.

Our belief is complete in His Holy Word as it is written. Nothing added, nothing taken away. All are encouraged to be faithful to their beliefs.

Our joyous duty is to live, share, and teach His Holy Word.

Our Vision is to change the lives in the area of the "Body and Mind of the People where we are.
